How to Register

To register for the Conference please download a registration form and bring it with you along with payment to the Registration desk located at the Sofitel Melbourne on Collins.

Registration Entitlements

The VMIA Risk Conference is only open to clients of the VMIA. Accordingly the VMIA reserves its right to cancel registration of organisations who are not VMIA clients.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Registration

Cancellations received in writing at the Conference Office by 21 September 2009 will be accepted and all fees refunded less a $100 administration fee. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded, however transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and details of the person that will replace you must be advised in writing to the Conference Office prior to the conference. No refunds will be made for non attendance at the conference.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance coverage of any kind. Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Conference managers cannot accept responsibility for any delegate failing to cover their own insurance.

Payment

All conference payments must be received prior to the conference. If payment is not received you will be required to provide your personal credit card details at the conference to guarantee payment. This card will be debited if alternative payment is not received within 14 days.
